“NAVIGUONS CONTRE LE DIABETE” – Heading for the legendary offshore race Route du Rhum 2022

French interview : “Nous sommes inscrits dans une logique de soigner des gens et sommes sensibles à tout ce qui touche à la santé. Pour nous qui avons l’ADN de former des jeunes (chirurgiens), il était logique de soutenir un jeune dans cette aventure. Et comme il vise la traversée pour une cause qui touche la santé, en l’occurrence le diabète, on s’est dit que ça méritait d’être aidé et soutenu. Notre visibilité est secondaire dans ce soutien, nous voulons aider des jeunes dans leur aventure et, pour ça, ils ont besoin de mécènes ».
Translation of the french interview : « We are committed to caring for people and are sensitive to everything related to health. For us, who have the DNA to train young (surgeons), it was logical to support a young person in this adventure. And as he is aiming for the crossing for a health-related cause, in this case diabetes, we thought that he deserve to be helped and supported. Our visibility is secondary in this support, we want to help young people in their adventure and for that, they need patrons.”
Start of the first race on April 8, 2022 : “la 1.000 Milles des Sables”, a one week solo offshore race from Les Sables d’Olonne to the Fastnest Ligthouse in Ireland.
