Transparency of the links between KeriMedical SA and healthcare professionals
In compliance with law No. 2011-2012 of 29 December 2011 concerning the strengthening of drug safety and healthcare products and with implementing decree No. 2013-414 of 21 May 2013, KeriMedical makes public the existence of agreements it concludes with healthcare professionals, as well as any benefits in kind or cash it provides directly or indirectly to these same healthcare professionals.
As provided for by the decree, a unique website has been made available by the DGS (Directorate-General of Health) since 19 December 2013 to enable the publication of agreements and benefits made by KeriMedical.
