KeriAcademy – Q1 2025 Recap: 99 Surgeons Trained, 13 Workshops Completed
The first quarter of 2025 is off to a strong start for the KeriAcademy at KeriMedical. Over the course of three months, we held 13 training sessions dedicated to hand surgery, welcoming 99 surgeons from 7 countries: Estonia, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Israel, and Switzerland.
A hands-on and international training program
During these intensive sessions, participants deepened their knowledge of our flagship devices:
-
TOUCH®, a next-generation trapeziometacarpal (CMC1) prosthesis
-
KeriKnife™, our dedicated instrumentation for minimally invasive surgery
-
MOTEC®, total wrist prosthesis
The surgeons came from 7 countries: Estonia, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain, Israel, and Switzerland.
This international diversity reflects the growing appeal of KeriAcademy as a leading training center in hand surgery.
An outstanding Faculty team
The quality of this first quarter’s training sessions is built on the commitment and expertise of our esteemed Faculty, composed of renowned surgeons:
Thomas Apard, Nicolas Dreant, Stéphane Barbary, Alain Tchurukdichian, Aurélien Aumar, Rubén Sanchez Crespo, Joel Rezzouk, Jean-Michel Cognet, Jérôme Garret, and Elvira Bodmer.
Thanks to them, each workshop is a real opportunity to grow, exchange with peers, and stay at the forefront of surgical techniques.
Looking ahead to the second quarter
With strong momentum already in place, Q2 2025 promises to be just as eventful.
The KeriMedical team will be attending the FESSH 2025 this June, a key event for hand surgery professionals.
